Tomiko Miller, 89, was born to Kohai and Yuki Ando in Tokyo, Japan on April 18, 1929 and passed away on January 4, 2019 in Winter Haven, Florida.
Tomiko is survived by her husband of 64 years William Miller, son William LeRoy Miller, daughter Tommi Louise Miller, five grandsons and 1 great grandson.
