Phyllis H Shetter , 70 , of Eagle Lake , Florida passed away January 22, 2021 at Grand Villa of Lakeland . She was born on January 7, 1951 in Pax , West Virginia to Philip and Clemotine (Davis) Humphrey.
Phyllis is survived by: her husband of 41 years Thomas Shetter, daughter Kristy Albright and aunt Geneva Cogan.
