Obituary of Emily B Anderson

Emily B. Anderson,97, peacefully passed away in her sleep at her home in Ocala on July 11, 2021. She was born December 4, 1923 in Crawford County, Georgia. She was a Red Cross volunteer for 30 years and had accumulated 17,000 hours of volunteer credit. She also served as secretary of the Friendship Club.. Emily is predeceased by her husband J.B. Anderson and her son John B. Anderson II. She is survived by her daughter Mary Leppard and Grandson Nathan Henry. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, July 30 at 11:00 AM at Steeles Family Funeral Services in Winter Haven. Pastor Wayne Hunter will officiate.
