Obituary of Clyde Marvin Wilson

Clyde Marvin Wilson, 89, passed away on January 21, 2023, in Winter Haven, Florida after a short hospital stay. He is the former owner of Wilson Quality Foods, a Charter Member of the Bellflower Noon Lions Club, Council Member and Mayor in Bellflower, California. He attended Winter Haven High School before joining the USMC in 1950. He witnessed the atomic bomb tests over the Nevada Desert and went to Nara, Japan. Clyde began investing which lead to a personal commitment to teach, mentor and encourage others to improve their finances and lives, especially using a financial calculator.

His loving family includes his wife of 67 years Anita Oxford Wilson, daughter Susan Williams, son Robert Wilson (Gina), grandchildren, Fisher & Lauren Williams, Natalie, Sophia and Jackson Wilson, sisters Nell Speer and Catherine Loving, numerous nieces, nephews and a plethora of friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Ellen Cowart, brother Richard Wilson and Sister Veda Lameck.
