Obituary of James Vincent Goff

James Vincent Goff, 73, of Winter Haven, Florida, passed away December 30, 2018 at Kindred Hospital, Bay Area Florida.

He was born December 14, 1945 in Parkersburg, WV, the son of the late Jesse Vincent and Armenta Mae Hoover Goff.

Jim graduated from St. Augustine High School, Grafton, WV, and joined the U.S. Navy. He retired as a Measurement Specialist for the Hope Gas Company in Clarksburg, WV. Jim loved playing golf, fishing and his trips to Myrtle Beach.

He is survived by his son, Donald Goff (Kim) of FL; one grandson, Chase Goff of FL, two sisters, Tammie Hake (Chris) of OH, and Sandra Rader (Neil) of WV and one brother, Gregory Michael Goff of Missouri; plus several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Timothy Claude Goff and Joseph David Goff.

A memorial service for Jim will be held January 26, 2019 at 5:00 P.M.at 18 Kinsmen Dr. Winterhaven, Fl.
