My deepest sympathy on our loss of Wayne. Wayne was my first love, even though we were kids and he didn't know I was alive. I drove him nuts in Jr. High School, following him around and just being a pain in his butt, but he was my first crush and I will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart for him.
The greatest thing to know is this: Wayne is now meeting up with Jesus, his precious Mother, Father, Sisters and others for a Family Reunion like no other!!
I have such fond memories of times at the Cabin as our families shared Thanksgivings together. We listened to hunting stories, felt our teeth chatter as we bathed under the freezing outdoor pump, used the outhouse while watching for snakes, walked the dogs with Dean, swam in the river, and enjoyed each other's company. I can still taste Hester's seven layer chocolate cake. I can still see and hear Big Roger teaching me how to clean a fish we caught in the river. I can still hear my brother Mark and Wayne farting in my tape recorder. SO MANY WONDERFUL CHILDHOOD MEMORIES WITH THE HARRISON FAMILY!
My deepest heartfelt sympathy to Wayne's family and those that loved him and will miss him. May God comfort you all and give you peace.
Wayne: Thanks for being my first crush. Sorry I drove your crazy. Meet me at Heaven's Gate when it's my time to leave this earth. I promise not to irritate you like I did in Jr. High.
Love and Prayers to all. Cathy Langston Curry
