Obituary of Huey Bennie Spurlin

Huey Bennie Spurlin, passed away, Sunday, February 6, 2022, in Winter Haven, Florida.  He was born December 4, 1936 in Opp, Alabama.

He was a retired Building Official for the City of Winter Haven. He loved the Lord and his family. He also loved to talk and fish. 
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Spurlin, parents, J. D. and Roberta Spurlin, brother, Lance Spurlin, grandchildren, Jordan Keith and Jake Keith.

He is survived by his son, Bennie Spurlin, daughters, Donna (Kraig) Keith and Debbie (David) Singletary, sisters, Jan Rushing and Sue (Larry) Stafford, brother-in-law, Bernie (Dee) Weston, grandchildren, Jennifer (Jamie) Gaudette , Kandra (Mike) Waters, Kaylea (Kyle) Andrews, Bridgette Cook, Ariel (Drew) Singletary-Macias, Karissa Avery, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.   

In lieu of flowers a donation to St Jude Children’s Hospital would be appreciated.
