Obituary of Grace Yolanda Zeoli

Grace Zeoli, 91, passed away peacefully on Thursday June 14, 2023 in Champions Gate, Florida. She was beloved by her family and friends and will be deeply missed.

Grace was born in Peekskill, NY on February 23, 1932 to Maria and Saverio Tarantino. In October of 1969, she married her beloved husband Alfred (Fred) Zeoli, and together they spent 52 years building a life together surrounded by family and friends. Following her retirement from a 25 year career with IBM, she and Fred relocated to Florida where they met many new friends and enjoyed socializing, bowling and travelling for many years.

While Grace had many friends and was active in her community and church, the joy of her life was her daughter, grandchildren and great-grandson. She loved spending holidays with family and celebrating her grandchildren’s births, graduations, and various sports and academic accomplishments.

Grace is survived by her daughter Amy (Bill) Cossa of Parrish, Fl, grandchildren Kimberly (Scott) Ray of Steamboat Springs, Colorado and Stephen Cossa of Morrisville, North Carolina, great-grandson Jackson Ray as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Alfred who passed in Oct 2021 and her grandson Matthew.

A private funeral service will be held for family and close friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
